    Willow's Take

This book is about a small hamster named Humphrey who is a class pet at the Longfellow School. He goes home with a different student every weekend.

The teacher, Mrs. Brisbane, did not like Humphrey for a while. But when Humphrey helps the students overcome their difficulties, Mrs. Brisbane starts to like him.

Overall, I think the book is really good, and is filled with interesting tips and facts from Dr. Harvey H. Hammer. (I do not know if this man is real.)

There are also four other books in this series, all written from Humphrey's perspective. Read this book to find out what Humphrey does to help the other students, and read the other books in this series to find out what other things happen in his world!
